Having moved from Gopichettipalaym to Chennai for a job, it was very expensive to live in the city for rent. It was rather better to buy a house but buying a quality house was not less than 70 – 80 Lakhs. While we were looking for one, saw an ad of stepsstone, our uncle being a civil engineer came to our help. After doing all the analysis he said its worth buying.
